About Eddie Ahava

Eddie Ahava is a Florida attorney whose practice focuses on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and estate and trust administration. Eddie is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, reflecting his focus on the legal issues surrounding estate planning, probate, and trusts.

He is also involved with the St. Petersburg Bar Association, including service with its Probate Section and serviced as Civil Trial Vice-Chair in 2023.

Eddie is a member of the Suncoast Estate Planning Counsel, where he remains connected with other professionals involved in estate planning and related areas of law.

Education

Eddie attended Widener University School of Law, where he served as a Board Member of the Widener University Law Review from 1996–1997.

His legal education and professional experience provide a strong foundation for representing clients in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related matters.

United States Air Force

Before entering the legal profession, Eddie served in the United States Air Force, including at Military Airlift Command.

During his military service, Eddie was recognized by Military Airlift Command HQ as Airman of the Year. His military experience instilled values of discipline, responsibility, service, and attention to detail—qualities that continue to influence the way he approaches his work and his relationships with clients.
